Do I need an account?
Yes, this is due to how our order systems work. When you place an order it creates an open request, we use this to process and fulfill your order, it is needed to log information in case of returns or product error.
Is my information secure?
Yes, of course. Our website is SSL secured with all payments being made through gateways such as Sage, Paypal, Amazon, eBay etc.
Do I need a Paypal account?
No, Paypal offers a checkout as a guest option so you can process a payment without having a full account. You will still receive a payment confirmation but may need to later make an account for buyer protection.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit card providers through a selection of secure payment gateways. We also accept Paypal and invoiced orders.
